Payment Policy
Medical services are provided and billed by The Children’s Group PC. Our providers participate in most major health insurance plans and provide a sliding scale fee service for uninsured patients. Please be aware that with any health insurance plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you are responsible at the time of your child’s visit.

What if I need to talk to my babies pediatrician when the office is closed?
We have an after hours on call service should you need anything while our office is closed.
Do you have Saturday hours?
Yes, we are open 9am to 11am on Saturdays. And weekdays from 8:30am to 5pm

What insurance plans do you accept?

What costs should I expect at the time of service?
Most insurance plans require copayments and deductibles at each visit. If you’re uninsured, we offer a sliding-scale fee. For clarification, contact our billing staff before your visit.
How and when will I receive billing statements?
After insurance processes a claim—typically within 45 to 60 days—you’ll receive a monthly statement. Outstanding balances not settled after three months are referred to in-house collections. Please reach out for payment options.

We offer an on-call after-hours service—just call the office phone number and you will automatically be forwarded to the on-call service and can leave a message for someone to call you back.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Closed on Sundays, New Years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
